Mr. David George Parmley

Mr. Parmley holds a BA degree in Commerce from the University of Liverpool. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He worked as an Audit Manager in Deloitte Haskins & Sales, 1972 – 1980; then moved on to Pilkington Plc, as an Internal Audit Manager 1980; He joined the John Holt Group Limited as an Internal Audit Manager and Chief Accountant 1981 – 1986.

He was the Managing Director, High Gosforth Park Plc, 1987 – 1996 and later proceeded to Parkhaven Trust as Secretary / Chief Executive Officer, 1997 – 2000. Mr. David Parmley returned to John Holt & Co (Liverpool) Limited as Finance Director in 2001 and joined the Board in November, 2009.
