Kris holds a Diploma in Commercial & Industrial Law from the University of Lagos, Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, and MBA from Ambrose Alli University. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII) and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria, and Nigerian Institute of Management.
Kris started his career with Fin Insurance Company Plc (formerly Yankari Insurance Ltd) before joining John Holt Plc in August 1997 as Assistant General Manager. He served in various capacities before becoming General Manager, Fire & Safety Solutions/Insurance in October 2010. In December 2015 he was appointed National Sales Coordinator.
