Adeche attended the University of Ado-Ekiti where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and later a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
An outstanding Chartered Accountant with over thirty years post qualification experience in Financial and Management Accounting, Treasury Management, Corporate Finance and Taxation. Adeche began his career in John Holt Plc in 1989, rising to the positions of Group Chief Accountant in 2006, Head of Finance in 2011 and Finance Director in 2016.
